RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Sunny Dee Beads LLC does not accept returns/ refunds. If your package arrives severely damaged, please send a photo of your package before opening and the remains of the package within 48 hours of the track and delivery date & I will happily resolve the issue.

In order to have your package replaced, you are responsible for returning your package. After it is received your replacement package will be send. Your will not be responsible for the second shipment.
